Grant Kenneth Peto

Mr. Peto’s practice focuses primarily on business, real estate, and probate matters.   Throughout his career, he has handled all types of civil litigation from inception through trial.

Mr. Peto routinely represents clients regarding general business matters, corporate formation, breach of contract cases, shareholder actions, residential and commercial real estate transactions and disputes, complex landlord-tenant issues, construction defect cases, partition actions, and quiet title actions.  Because real estate is often a person’s largest asset, Mr. Peto’s real estate practice also often results in him representing clients in trust contests and probate matters.

Mr. Peto spent many years as an attorney for a large full-service firm in downtown Los Angeles.  He opened his own office in El Segundo in 2017 to be nearer to his wife and two children in Manhattan Beach, California.

He graduated from the University of Southern California in 2004 and Loyola Law School in 2008.  While in law school, Mr. Peto was a member of the Loyola Law School International and Comparative Law Review.  He was also a board member of the St. Thomas More Law Honor Society.  In addition, he served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Richard Fruin in the Los Angeles Superior Court.

Mr. Peto is admitted to practice before all California state and federal courts.  He is also a licensed California real estate broker (No. 01918872).
